Job description

Lead and coach a team at the Last Mile hub, including hiring and organizing team events to strengthen cohesion
Manage shift schedules and oversee the onboarding and development of runners (drivers) in the hub
Take responsibility for incoming truck deliveries of fresh goods and quickly organize replenishments when needed, maintaining oversight of logistics at the location
Keep operations running by continuously focusing on operational KPIs and ensuring safety standards are met ("Safety First")
Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team, the Fulfillment Center, and other hubs to keep customers happy
Ensure drivers depart on time so promised delivery windows are met
Contribute ideas, from coordinating electric vehicle repairs and designing hub layout to recruiting runners, to improve logistics processes

A degree or completed vocational training in logistics, retail, or similar fields
First experience leading teams, either professionally or by coaching a successful team
Fluent German and basic English skills
Valid Class B driver's license
Good communication skills and a confident demeanor
Comfortable making decisions based on numbers and facts
