Requirements & details

  • Proven experience with healthcare partnerships, sales, or business development - ideally in health-tech, med-tech, with familiarity of the hospital ecosystem
  • A strong track record of closing strategic partnerships in complex, regulated environments with providers, EHRs, or pharmaceutical companies
  • Deep knowledge of the French hospital ecosystem - from payors and providers to health IT vendors and regional nuances
  • A strong local network and ability to build trusted relationships across stakeholder groups
  • Comfortable navigating clinical, commercial, and technical conversations
  • Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication skills
  • Independent operator with the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
  • Passion for improving healthcare delivery through thoughtful, impactful innovation
  • Bonus: Experience working with or selling into EHR providers, health systems, or care delivery platforms
  • Bonus: Background in medtech, digital health, healthcare
