Work Across is operated by Vision Thread EG (“we”, “us”). By using Work Across you agree to these terms. The platform is a listing and matching service. We are not a party to contracts you enter with freelancers, clients, or companies, and we are not responsible for how engagements are performed off-platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to agree to these terms. If you represent a company, you confirm you have the authority to post work and to bind that organisation to these terms where they apply to business use of the product.
Use of the service
You agree to provide accurate and lawful information, not to misuse the platform, and to comply with all laws that apply to you. We may suspend, restrict, or end access when we need to protect users, meet legal requirements, or address abuse or risk to the service.
Changes
We may change these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top will change when we do. If you keep using the product after a change, you accept the updated terms where the law allows that approach.
