Work Across is operated by Vision Thread EG, which is the data controller for personal data processed through the platform (“we”). We process your data in line with the GDPR and other applicable laws. We design storage and processing to stay in the EU where we can, and we do not sell your personal information.

Data we collect

We collect account data (email, name, profile information), usage data we need to run the service, and content you choose to send (for example applications and messages). We use cookies and similar technology for sign-in, security, and basic preferences, and — only if you agree — for analytics.

Cookies

We always use strictly necessary cookies and local storage — to keep you signed in, protect your account, and remember jobs you’ve saved. These don’t require consent under the ePrivacy rules.

We also use Google Analytics cookies to understand how the site is used (for example which pages are visited) so we can improve it. We don’t use advertising or ad-personalisation features. Where the law requires your consent — for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland — analytics stays off until you choose “Accept analytics” in the cookie notice. Elsewhere it is on by default. Either way you can turn it off, or change your mind, at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page — declining removes the analytics cookies and stops the measurement. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as declining analytics.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, or port your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can contact us from our contact page to exercise these rights. We will respond within the timeframes the law requires.

Changes

We may update this policy to reflect how we process data or to meet legal or operational needs. We will publish the new version on this page and adjust the “last updated” line. Continued use of the service after a material change is posted may mean the updated policy applies, where the law allows.
