Senior Trainer – Continuous Education

Key details

• Analyze training effectiveness data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Develop and maintain learning dashboards, KPIs, and success measures aligned to organizational goals
• Evaluate business processes, employee capability gaps, and operational trends to recommend learning interventions
• Apply continuous improvement methodologies to optimize training programs, workflows, and knowledge management practices
• Lead corrective and preventive actions related to training effectiveness and competency development
• Drive standardization and best practices across Global Project Management training initiatives
• Measure and report effectiveness of learning programs through learner feedback, knowledge assessments, behavioral adoption, operational metrics, and stakeholder satisfaction
• Recommend improvements based on training performance data and organizational needs
• Serve as training functional advisor on process excellence and/or functional projects impacting Global Project Management
• Design training plans and materials for onboarding and change management for strategic projects, including organization, creation, delivery, and maintenance
