Requirements & details
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in software, SaaS, or technology environments
- Solid experience in customer service and client-facing roles
- Previous experience in Fintech and working directly with U.S.-based clients
- Experience managing implementations or implementation projects
- Strong English communication skills, especially in client-facing environments
- Strong organization, planning, and follow-up skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple topics, manage pressure, and meet deadlines
- Strong ownership and accountability throughout project processes
- Experience leading multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Zoho, or similar tools
- Knowledge of IT processes, software development, and technology environments
- SQL knowledge is a plus
