Requirements & details
- 1 to 3 years in loan operations, deal operations, order management, or fintech operations
- Experience moving information and documents across multiple internal teams and external clients
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong English written and spoken communication
- Comfortable with numbers and operations metrics
- Automation-minded, with experience or eagerness to use automation or AI tools in ops workflows
- Bonus: Exposure to Risk, Legal, or Capital Markets functions
