Manage the project development cycle and external service providers such as architects and specialist planners up to the approval planning stage
Conduct site assessments and prepare feasibility studies, area planning and cost estimates for commercial and residential projects
Negotiate with authorities, agencies, urban planners and stakeholders of the urban society
Support urban planning workshop procedures and architectural competitions
