Own Application Intelligence across App Discovery, HEART Analytics and Portfolio Overview
Define metrics methodology and scoring systems that remain credible with incomplete data
Connect usage data to business outcomes such as cost savings, efficiency and compliance risk
Design analytics for time-poor executives that answer "what should I do?" not just "what happened?"
Define the integration strategy combining behavioural data with SAM, IT asset management and HR system data
Define what turns raw usage data into insights that drive action
Extend analytics to measure how AI assistants and agents affect productivity, cost and ROI

5+ years of product management experience on data/analytics products within a modern product organisation
Experience defining a metrics methodology, scoring system or measurement framework that others build on
Business-question-first mindset rather than data-first
Able to disagree credibly with technically strong colleagues and change position based on evidence
Can hold credible conversations with data engineers and data scientists about what data can and cannot prove
Enterprise B2B experience (not B2C product analytics); healthcare experience is a strong plus
Customer-facing discovery skills to figure out what works by talking to and watching customers
Strong communication across engineers, salespeople, support agents and CEOs
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
