Requirements & details
- Relevant consulting or financial services experience in Securities, Custody, Post-Trade or Capital Markets Operations
- Solid knowledge of the securities lifecycle and operational processes such as settlement, custody, asset servicing and/or corporate actions
- Experience in business transformation, process optimization, operating models or change initiatives within the financial services industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex requirements into clear, practical solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills and enjoyment of collaborating with business and technology teams
- Preferred: experience at or with global custodians, investment banks, asset managers, market infrastructures or securities services providers
- Preferred: knowledge of regulatory and industry developments in the securities and post-trade environment
- Preferred: experience with operating model design, process optimization or large-scale transformation programs
- Preferred: knowledge of securities platforms, custody systems or post-trade technologies
- Preferred: consulting experience implementing change in complex financial services organizations
