Job description

Work closely with international clients to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven recommendations supporting strategic decisions and business transformation
Collect, structure, and prepare data for analyses; use tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python to identify trends, patterns, and actionable recommendations, and communicate them clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Take responsibility for project workstreams and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery aligned with overarching project goals, collaborating in interdisciplinary teams across Consulting, Data, and Tech
Support the development of data strategies, AI use cases, and business intelligence solutions, and contribute to governance frameworks and implementation roadmaps
Contribute to a strong team culture by sharing knowledge, staying up to date on digital trends and AI developments, and supporting continuous team development

At least 2-3 years of experience in management/data consulting or a comparable in-house role
Proven success in data/AI strategy, cloud transformation, or applied AI/machine learning projects
Strong affinity for data management and modern AI technologies; familiarity with concepts such as Generative AI, LLMs, or Predictive Analytics
Ideally, experience in designing AI use cases or in data platform tracking
