Job description

Contribute to the technical stack strategy and ensure CI/CD
Maintain and redesign existing datasets and pipelines to serve a wider variety of use cases
Design, develop and industrialize complex data models to enable analysis of usage, quality and maturity of the data assets
Analyze functional needs and understand the daily work of users and their stakeholders
Act as an expert to guide data teams in the correct and efficient use of data products
Actively contribute to the data engineering community
Promote good practices such as mob programming, TDD and robust documentation to raise the team's technical standards
Implement monitoring and automation solutions to significantly reduce manual workload and improve overall team efficiency
