Job description

Be the key partner of Product Managers throughout Product lifecycles (Discovery, KPI framing, A/B test monitoring, and impact measurement during Rollout)
Provide data-driven learnings to guide the Product roadmap, help teams prioritize initiatives, and measure the value of implemented actions
Conduct proactive exploratory studies to identify growth opportunities, optimize the in-app user experience, and feed the overall mobile app strategy in close collaboration with the Group Product Manager
Share insights and train teams on tools (Amplitude, Adjust) to support global and local teams in monitoring mobile app performance
Define tracking needs specific to iOS/Android environments with Tracking teams while ensuring strict compliance with regulations

Core technologies

SQL

Solid knowledge of e-commerce in a retail environment and proven experience with key metrics and challenges of a mobile app environment (iOS/Android)
Experience in defining and analyzing A/B tests, designing tracking plans, and accounting for data privacy constraints
Expert mastery of SQL and practical experience with Cloud/Big Data environments such as Databricks to process and cross-reference large volumes of data
Strong intellectual curiosity, active monitoring of mobile usage trends, and appetite for experimenting with new analytical methodologies
Proven ability to measure the incremental value of Product evolutions and provide strategic recommendations to optimize customer experience
Excellent ability to simplify data, perform data storytelling, and interact fluently in professional English (oral and written) within an international environment
