Key details
- Participate in structured curriculum covering biblical foundations, discipleship, leadership principles, organizational culture, integrity, stewardship, communication, conflict resolution, time management, and goal execution
- Engage in hands-on practicum training within a selected ministry department, shadowing, assisting, and gradually taking ownership under supervision
- Grow in spiritual maturity through personal discipleship, accountability, active church involvement, and participation in recovery meetings and community engagement
- Build relational leadership skills including healthy team relationships, professional communication, conflict resolution, and cross-department collaboration
- Develop operational excellence by understanding HCM systems (Dazos, communication platforms, reporting structures), learning ministry policies and procedures, and executing projects with integrity and follow-through
- Maintain a Christ-centered campus culture, protect mission alignment, and steward resources responsibly

- Available practicum tracks include Campus & Recovery Leadership, Operations & Administration, Growth & Engagement, and Creative Marketing
- Department-specific tracks include Director, Recovery Pastor, Admissions, Human Resources, Finance, Development/Fundraising, Communications, Creative Marketing, and IT & Digital Innovation
- All participants must grow in spiritual maturity, relational leadership, operational excellence, and culture & stewardship
