Job description

Develop and continuously improve our mobile app for iOS & Android
Independently implement features from the first idea to the finished release
Understand user problems and develop concrete product solutions from them
Design UI/UX, create prototypes, and quickly test and iterate on solutions
Make product decisions together with the founders and translate new ideas into working features
Use Claude Code, Figma AI, and other AI tools to develop and iterate faster
Evaluate user feedback and translate it directly into product improvements
Take on testing and QA and ensure high product quality
Independently identify and fix bugs and UX problems
Continuously improve technical structures and development processes
Try out new technologies and integrate them sensibly into Luma Life

Experience in app or frontend development, ideally in the mobile area
Very good understanding of modern iOS and Android development
Ability to build features independently from the ground up and accompany them through to release
Very good sense for UI/UX and product design
Experience with Figma, ideally also with Figma AI
Intensive experience with Claude Code or comparable AI coding tools
Strong product understanding: you think in users, problems, and solutions, not just in code
High personal responsibility, willingness to learn, and ownership
Confident handling of testing and QA
Ability to quickly and independently familiarize yourself with new technologies and problem areas
Pragmatic, solution-oriented way of working and joy in taking things into your own hands
Very good to excellent German language skills in speech and writing, as language is a central part of our product
