Key details
- Lead and develop the Field Service and warehouse teams professionally and disciplinarily
- Steer capacities, work packages, priorities and operational goal achievement
- Own the economic management of resources, budgets and relevant KPIs
- Analyze performance data and derive concrete measures to improve productivity, responsiveness and quality
- Act as central contact person for customers and partners and build sustainable business relationships
- Ensure customer requirements, quality management processes and aviation-specific regulations are met
- Identify operational risks early and ensure reliable processes through clear communication and pragmatic decisions
- Further develop existing processes and create the conditions for a high-performing and scalable organization

Requirements & details
- Technical or skilled trade education with several years of professional and leadership experience, or a comparable degree
- Proven experience in professional and disciplinary leadership of teams
- Good understanding of KPIs, processes and economic interrelationships
- Confidence in customer contact, a clear demeanor and pronounced sense of responsibility
- Very good English skills and a class B driver's license
- Willingness to travel occasionally nationally and internationally
- Experience in aviation, maintenance, technical service or a comparably regulated environment is an advantage
