Independently review and professionally assess regulatory requirements and changes in securities and deposit business
Contribute to cross-departmental projects and working groups
Support continuous process improvement and ensure required documentation of organizational and operational structures in coordination with specialist departments
Support the back office for deposits/securities and sales units in implementing changes in operational business, including developing measures to improve process and data quality
Help develop action plans to remediate identified weaknesses
Serve as a point of contact for specialist topics, audit assignments, or feasibility studies

Solid banking apprenticeship or comparable education with additional business administration qualification, or a business administration degree
