Key details
- Identify and approach attractive general practitioner practices and MVZs (medical care centres) across Germany
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, practice owners, brokers and other relevant stakeholders
- Manage acquisition processes from first contact through negotiation to signing
- Coordinate commercial, financial and legal due diligence
- Assess acquisition opportunities and develop business cases together with Finance
- Independently manage multiple transactions and workstreams
- Prepare investment cases, deal analyses and presentations for senior management and the board
- Further develop the company's M&A strategy and processes

Requirements & details
- 3–4+ years of professional experience in M&A, ideally in a start-up, private equity environment, consulting/deal advisory, investment banking or corporate development
- Proven experience in the operational execution of M&A transactions
- Very good understanding of the entire M&A lifecycle, including valuation, due diligence and negotiations
- Ability to independently manage multiple transactions in parallel
- German at C1 level or higher as well as very good communication skills
- Strong social skills and the ability to build trust with doctors and practice owners
- Entrepreneurial thinking, high level of personal responsibility and a structured, analytical working style
- Master's degree in finance, economics, business administration or a comparable course of study
- Ideally experience in healthcare/health-tech
- Ideally experience with general practitioner practices, MVZs or other healthcare transactions
- Ideally a background in private equity, investment banking or M&A advisory
