- Manage projects from idea to finished test fixture
- Technical coordination with customers and development of suitable solutions
- Cost calculation and preparation of quotations
- CAD design of custom test adapters and test fixtures
- Selection of suitable manufacturing processes and components

Requirements & details
- Enjoy practically solving technical problems and building things yourself
- Confident use of CAD systems, ideally Autodesk Fusion
- Experience with 3D printing and additive manufacturing is an advantage
- Electronics knowledge and experience with assembly/wiring is a plus
- Independent, structured working style and willingness to take responsibility
- Pragmatic approach and interest in contributing own ideas
- Degree is secondary; skills are decisive
- On-site work in Esslingen required due to high practical share in development and production
