Job description

Recruit and coach your team, and plan events to strengthen team cohesion
Manage shift schedules and oversee the onboarding and development of runners (drivers) in one of our hubs
Take responsibility when trucks with fresh goods arrive and quickly organize replenishments if anything is missing, keeping an overview of logistics at your location
Keep operations running by continuously focusing on operational KPIs and ensuring everything is safe and runs smoothly, following our motto: "Safety First"
Work closely with the Customer Success team, our fulfillment center, and other hubs to make our customers happy
Ensure our drivers are always on time to customers so we can meet our promised time windows
Contribute your ideas, from coordinating repairs of our electric vehicles to designing the hub layout and recruiting our runners
