GM AI Services

Key details

• Define and own the AI Services strategy and roadmap, with a clear path to revenue and profitability, and own the P&L end-to-end including pricing and unit economics
• Identify and prioritise AI-driven revenue opportunities across consumer and trade audiences, and build business cases for the CEO and Board
• Partner closely with the COO and CTO to shape and deliver the AI product roadmap, building products that solve genuine problems for homeowners and tradespeople
• Stay on top of AI developments such as LLMs, agentic systems and computer vision, translating them into useful customer solutions and managing third-party AI partners
• Recruit and lead a cross-functional team across product, engineering, data science and commercial, building a culture of innovation and pace
• Represent AI Services on the OpCo and work closely with Marketing, Sales and Operations to embed AI into existing ways of working, while monitoring regulatory and ethical considerations
