• Lead multiple simultaneous technical programs within Product Development and key partner functions, ensuring end-to-end delivery aligned with milestones, outcomes, and quality criteria
• Drive OKR achievement: collaborate closely with key result owners and reporters to develop and advance the narrative, connect supporting programs within a coherent vision, and ensure progress is measurable and visible
• Quickly identify cross-functional dependencies and friction points; design execution plans that account for end-to-end impacts across Zendesk and reduce delivery risks
• Assume program governance: establish decision-making forums, operating routines, and escalation mechanisms; keep senior leaders informed with clearly presented requests, options, and trade-offs
• Demonstrate exceptional execution discipline: manage scope, critical path, risks, and change control to minimize surprises; ensure mitigation measures are in place before issues arise
