Key details
- Lead the planning and delivery of custom software solutions for enterprise clients
- Work closely with stakeholders, developers, architects, and executives to define product strategy, gather requirements, manage priorities, and guide projects from concept through delivery
- Establish a strategic roadmap, product vision and backlog
- Partner with clients to assist them in performing the Product Owner role
- Facilitate in-depth requirements gathering and analysis
- Document requirements as Features and User Stories to share with team
- Work with your team and client to create a plan for delivering on project objectives and achieving business value
- Provide support, guidance, and mentorship to colleagues in the Product Delivery Team
- Drive innovation and adoption of AI tooling in product development and delivery
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and a community of practitioners
- Help craft future product offerings or client engagement options
- Lead product development activities for key/strategic client pursuits
- Present solution vision proposals to client executives
- Work with account executives on client satisfaction efforts in existing delivery engagements
- Establish client technology roadmap
- Collaborate heavily with technology experts (architects and engineers) to vet requirements for technical feasibility
- Speak with intelligence on technology topics to clients to establish trust and confidence
- Execute on established plans
- Communicate technical and business requirements to delivery team
- Collaborate with senior delivery team members to solve complex challenges
- Demonstrate strong understanding of custom software development concepts and best practices in all interactions
