Requirements & details
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in software development environments
- 2+ years of experience leading or facilitating multidisciplinary teams
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks, including Scrum roles, events, and artifacts
- Experience with Jira and project management tools such as Notion, Confluence, or Trello
- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from planning through delivery
- Experience facilitating Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Strong skills in team facilitation, stakeholder communication, and conflict resolution
- Experience monitoring project metrics, risks, blockers, and deliverables
- Strong continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work with Spanish- and English-speaking teams and stakeholders
- English level B2 or higher
- Knowledge of SAFe or other Agile frameworks is a plus
