Job description

Manage, follow up and execute BESS projects according to internal and external company requirements, completing QA, factory review and field test within specified time
Communicate timely and effectively with account managers, including answering technical questions and providing professional advice
Self-study new standards and knowledge, and share experience, standards and technical information with colleagues
Complete other tasks assigned by department leader

Bachelor's degree or above in electronics, electrical automation, power electronics or related field
At least 4 years working experience in battery production and testing or 2 years' experience in battery R&D; working experience in a battery factory is a must
Proficient in battery product manufacture process, test process, test method and relevant test standards and specifications; familiar with IEC, UL, safety and other knowledge
Familiar with ISO, 6S and 8D
Familiar with BESS system design and new energy generation acceptance testing standards; able to independently complete BESS field test
Able to understand SOW and complete tasks, work independently and manage projects under pressure
Good English reading, writing, listening and speaking; good communication and interpersonal skills
Good computer skills and able to write reports independently
In good health and able to travel frequently
