Job description

Own mobile development tooling, including architecture and roadmap for simulator and emulator setup, device orchestration, and CLI tools across iOS and Android
Lead the test automation framework, designing and evolving mobile test automation for synthetic and integration testing across platforms
Set the CI/CD quality gating strategy and proactively surface quality problems before they reach production
Consolidate fragmented mobile workflows by driving alignment across Native Infra, Cross Platform, and DevX teams
Define and publish mobile testing best practices and methodologies company-wide
Build shared quality signals, including company-wide triage workflows and monitoring for mobile development and testing
Mentor and grow the team, providing direct feedback and helping attract and assess top mobile talent
