Job description

Define AI agent architecture and set technical direction for context management, workflow orchestration, and scaling
Lead multi-model strategy by building evals and selection criteria across providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) and partnering with provider teams
Build tool-use and workflow foundations, designing safe interfaces for tool calling and evaluating frameworks such as Vercel AI SDK and LangGraph
Drive cross-team execution by aligning product, design, and engineering, resolving tradeoffs, and mentoring engineers
Establish data and evaluation standards, owning dataset methodology and the eval harness
Drive research and innovation through experimentation with prompting, context handling, and post-training
