Job description

Act as the interface between clients and development teams, spending a significant portion of time in direct exchange with clients
Listen carefully, understand client problems, and translate business requirements into technical questions that developers can concretely work on
Develop solution architectures based on a deep technical background that fit both client requirements and the company's own system landscape
Think in systems: understand the architecture, clients' technical environment, data flows, interfaces, and dependencies, and bring these worlds together meaningfully
Discuss APIs and integrations on a technical level with developers, including solution approaches and their implications
Accompany projects from the first requirement through to implementation, ensuring a good technical idea becomes a working solution
Provide clarity as the link between clients, project teams, and engineering: what is the actual problem, what is technically needed, and what is sensibly feasible
Bring structure to complex topics, coordinate various stakeholders, and maintain an overview across multiple projects

Core technologies

Scrum/Agile

Completed studies or training in computer science, business informatics, economics, or a comparable field
At least 5 years of professional experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, product management, software development, or a comparable role at the interface of business and technology
Good technical understanding of software architectures, data flows, interfaces, and API design; a developer background is a clear advantage but not mandatory
Strong customer orientation and the ability to truly understand client problems and business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable technical requirements
Enjoyment of collaboration with engineering: able to discuss technical topics at eye level, convey complex matters understandably, and develop pragmatic solutions together with developers
Interest in wealth management, financial technology, and SaaS, with willingness to dive deep into business and technical contexts
Experience with agile methods, strong organizational talent, and the ability to bring different stakeholders together and accompany solutions in a structured way through to implementation
Very good German skills at native level
Very good English skills in spoken and written form
