- Manage and execute end-to-end implementation of Ashby's solution for new customers in the Strategic (predominantly Enterprise) segment
- Develop and execute implementation plans to ensure a positive customer experience and expedited time to value

- Keep teams on track to ensure milestones are met
- Understand customer needs and tailor implementations to meet specific requirements

Requirements & details
- Extensive experience managing complex implementation and onboarding projects in a high-growth B2B SaaS organization
- Strong understanding of complex, configurable B2B SaaS products and their technical intricacies
- Experience with multi-step workflows, core workflows, and integrations with other systems
- Technically curious and creative; Ashby or ATS experience is a plus, not required
- Customer-centric with strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Experienced in change management processes
