Senior Software Engineer (Connect Platform)

Key details

• Build and maintain API integrations with OEMs and energy partners, ensuring they are reliable, performant, and well tested
• Build with AI as a normal part of how you work, and turn what you learn into tools, skills and processes the rest of the team picks up, so the leverage is shared rather than personal
• Strengthen the connectivity platform by reducing incidents and improving observability, monitoring, and alerting, including the automations and internal tools that make this easier
• Take on complex projects and drive them through to release, breaking them into actionable work and delivering with limited hand-holding
• Help hold a high bar on code quality, testing, and observability, caring about the state of the codebase beyond your own changes
• Work with product and the team to align platform priorities, balancing stability with delivery
• Take ownership beyond your own work and support the engineers around you, sharing knowledge and contributing to technical decisions that keep the team aligned
