Key details
- Build out the QA function properly: strategy, process, tooling and standards, working alongside the US QA Lead as the company grows on both sides of the Atlantic
- Design and own testing for AI-driven features: agentic workflows, LLM outputs, evaluation frameworks, and defining what "correct" means when a system doesn't behave the same way twice
- Get hands-on with automation using Playwright and TypeScript, as well as manual testing, regression and UAT when a release requires it
- Set the bar for how quality gets handled company-wide as the company scales, building a culture that prevents bugs
- Work closely with Engineering and Product to make sure quality is part of how things get built, not a gate bolted on at the end

Requirements & details
- Experience growing a QA function from something small, or a strong desire to do so
- Genuinely fluent in AI, using it day-to-day and curious about pushing it further
- Experience testing AI-led products or understanding why testing them differs from testing normal software
- Comfortable writing a Playwright suite in TypeScript and doing hands-on manual testing, regression and UAT
- Strong technical fundamentals in test strategy, defect management and release process
- Hands-on leadership style with no ego about doing the unglamorous work
