Senior Frontend Engineer

Key details

• Own product surfaces end to end, setting direction, tracking performance, and deciding what to improve next for over 1M daily active creators
• Work across the stack, building and changing backend APIs, services, and data flows when a feature needs it
• Drive your own roadmap by spotting opportunities in user feedback, data, and the codebase, turning them into proposals, aligning with product and design, and delivering without close management
• Modernize the frontend by leading the refactor of key features from JavaScript to TypeScript to improve performance and maintainability, using AI-assisted tooling
• Build AI-powered product experiences, shipping LLM-driven features across the stack from model integration and prompts on the backend to streaming responses, error handling, and clear UX
• Fix architecture and performance problems by finding bottlenecks and weaknesses anywhere in the request path, frontend or backend
• Make AI part of how the team works by using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot daily, sharing what works, and helping set team practices for responsible AI use
• Improve durability by testing important workflows, adding useful monitoring and error reporting, and owning what you ship after it's live
• Raise the bar through review and mentorship by reviewing code from other engineers, AI-assisted or not, and giving feedback that helps others grow
