Requirements & details
- At least 2–3 years of experience in management consulting, technology consulting, or in-house corporate strategy roles
- Proven track record in data/AI strategy, cloud transformation, or applied AI/Machine Learning projects
- Completed university degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Physics, Mathematics, or a comparable quantitative field
- Strong affinity for data management and modern AI technologies
- Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, or predictive analytics
- Hands-on experience in AI use case conceptualization or data platform tracking is ideal
- Strong analytical skills with a business-oriented perspective
- Confident working with PowerPoint and Google Slides
- Ability to leverage AI tools, from LLM environments to agentic workflows
- Comfort with structured data and a hands-on attitude toward new tools
- Experience with SQL, BI tools, or programming languages is not required
- Business-fluent German and English required
- Additional languages are a plus
- Valid work permit for Germany
