Job description

Lead projects on-site, ensuring smooth execution of all works in refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation technology from offer phase to successful handover to the customer
Act as central contact person for customers, suppliers, and subcontractors on-site, ensuring clear, solution-oriented communication
Handle material and equipment disposition, as well as deployment and material planning for the entire project team
Coordinate and lead site personnel and subcontractors, and organize work processes
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
Create measurements and assembly sketches for billing and material ordering
Monitor project timelines, quality, and costs
Independently calculate offers for your area
Document and evaluate extra-contractual services such as additional, extra, and change efforts and prepare them for billing

Further education as refrigeration system builder master, supply engineer, state-certified technician for refrigeration technology or HVAC, or comparable qualification
Ideally experience in project or construction management and technical project management
Technical understanding and leadership skills applied actively in site management
Organizational skills and assertive communication
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Proficiency in common MS Office applications; CAD knowledge advantageous
Valid class B driver's license
