Key details
- Develop and execute global integrated marketing communications strategies that strengthen brand positioning across priority food manufacturing industries
- Create full-funnel marketing programs to drive awareness, engagement, lead generation, pipeline acceleration, customer retention, and revenue growth
- Lead the development of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, public relations, social media, email, and other relevant channels
- Develop industry-specific marketing strategies, messaging frameworks, and campaign plans for priority food manufacturing segments and other strategic markets
- Partner with segment and regional marketing teams to ensure consistent global messaging while addressing local market needs and opportunities
- Lead cross-functional campaign planning and execution across Product Marketing, Segment Marketing, Technical, Brand, Design, Regulatory, Legal, and other stakeholders
- Oversee development of high-quality content, including white papers, case studies, blog posts, press releases, newsletters, social media content, and other customer-facing materials
- Translate complex technical and scientific information into clear, compelling content for diverse customer audiences
- Ensure content is tailored to target audiences, market segments, customer needs, and communication channels
- Apply audience segmentation, customer journey mapping, automated nurture programs, re-engagement strategies, and conversion optimization to improve marketing effectiveness
- Manage the global content calendar and coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and other external partners to support consistent content delivery
- Support development of customer-focused messaging throughout the buyer journey
- Use marketing performance data, testing, and insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
