Key details

• Own the entire post-sale delivery journey, from signed deal through to stable, value-delivering adoption
• Build the adoption framework for enterprise accounts and define what "first value" means
• Maintain a current view of every account: check-ins, early risk signals, retention plans
• Handle escalations independently at both operational and management level
• Own the Sales-to-delivery handover and keep capacity visible and realistic
• Develop lightweight processes that make delivery repeatable as patterns emerge
• Lead and develop your team, including two application engineers and oversight of the data delivery team
• Test product-market-fit hypotheses from Sales and feed findings into Product and Go-To-Market
• Run two live enterprise implementations end to end in the first two months
• Define "first value" for enterprise accounts and the timeframe held to
• Turn learnings into the first delivery playbook and bring at least two validated product-market-fit findings back to Product and Sales
