Full-Stack Engineer (Front-End Leaning)

Key details

• Build and maintain the front-ends for the platform and products, which are built on top of cutting-edge voice models and used by millions of users
• Take high degrees of ownership, shipping end-to-end features across the front and back ends of the stack, and helping set the direction of features and products
• Collaborate closely with the Engineering, Growth and Sales teams to understand and design solutions for customer and internal team problems and workflows
• Improve existing products to ensure they are intuitive, powerful and make innovative use of the research team's latest breakthroughs, including sweeping UX changes, adding significant functionality, or building integrations with common consumer/enterprise solutions
• Design and develop clean, intuitive, and functional user interfaces for products used by millions of users and the world's largest enterprises
• Work with internal teams and customers directly to synthesize feedback, understand user issues, and design improvements and features to solve them
