Full Stack Engineer - Cloud & SaaS Integrations

Key details

• Design and ship integrations against third-party billing and usage APIs, covering authentication, incremental sync, rate limits, error handling, and schema drift
• Invest in the Integrations Framework itself, including testing harnesses and scaffolding, so adding new integrations becomes faster and easier
• Work AI-augmented daily across the full span of work: exploring unfamiliar codebases and third-party APIs, prototyping approaches, generating and reviewing code, debugging, writing tests, and producing documentation
• Build the interfaces customers use to connect, configure, and trust their integrations, including health and status visibility, actionable error states, credential and key rotation, and clear feedback
• Design self-service into the framework from the start, including backfills, reconnects, and diagnostics that customers and internal teams run themselves
• Build capabilities so they are fully available through APIs, not just the UI
