FR Solution Sales Manager - Videosurveillance

Key details

• Manage an existing network of partners focused on Videoprotection
• Develop sales pipelines for our offerings, including recruiting new partners and developing partnerships with other manufacturers
• Build strong relationships with all our partners in France and Benelux through virtual meetings and physical visits to train them and level-up their knowledge
• Work directly with end users to analyze their needs and provide a comprehensive solution with the assistance of the pre-sales team, and work with channel partners to fulfill this need
• Manage the entire project pipeline with customers, from pre-sales consulting to pricing to deployment recommendations and feedback collection
• Find and prospect new accounts (channel partners and end customers) to grow sales pipeline
• Own the relationship with our top surveillance accounts
• Own the creation and publication of surveillance-focused content in partnership with the rest of the Solution Team and our Marketing Team
• Participate in Synology's events and webinars, and external activities as a representative for our surveillance solutions
• Analyze sales figures and create strategic plans to grow sales
