Lead and deliver data, analytics, or AI-driven transformation projects
Lead complex, cross-functional transformation programs and manage executive stakeholders
Embed AI capabilities within client organizations
Credibly demo working AI concepts and discuss data privacy and technical constraints
Translate complex technical topics into compelling arguments for non-technical senior executives
Bridge the gap to technical execution teams
Draw strategic insights from complex data sets

Approximately 5-8 years of full-time experience in top-tier management consulting, technology consulting, or strategic corporate in-house roles
Proven track record leading and delivering data, analytics, or AI-driven transformation projects
Strong fluency in modern and applied AI (e.g., GenAI, LLMs, agentic systems, automated workflows)
Knowledge of common machine learning techniques, cloud architectures, and data management principles
Excellent quantitative skills
Outstanding communication, presentation, and moderation skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Physics, Mathematics, or a comparable quantitative field
Business-fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is mandatory
Valid work permit for Germany
