Perform monthly reconciliations for all bank accounts, credit cards, and inventory balances. Coordinate local payroll administration, employee expense reimbursements, and state tax filings. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements for corporate reporting and external tax CPA review. Ensure strict adherence to US GAAP standards, Florida sales tax regulations, and internal financial controls.
