Key details
- Develop and maintain full stack applications (front end, back end, databases)
- Architect durable AI workflows that adapt as the LLM landscape evolves, not brittle prompt chains
- Build and maintain back-end services in Node.js or Python
- Integrate and orchestrate AI APIs into existing and new systems
- Work across multiple systems and data sources, making sense of fragmented data
- Collaborate with business teams (e.g. marketing, UA, operations) to understand their work and tools, identify where AI can improve their workflows, and translate needs into technical solutions and iterate on them

- Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders
- Experience building complex agentic systems
- Experience integrating and working with AI APIs
- Strong coding skills and solid engineering fundamentals
- Full stack capabilities: front end, back end, databases
- Good prompting skills and ability to use current AI tools effectively
- Production experience with Node.js or Python
- Curiosity, initiative, and strong learning mindset (especially around AI)
- Nice-to-have: Experience with TypeScript
- Nice-to-have: Familiarity with agentic/system-thinking approaches for AI solutions
