Job description

Map existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation
Build integrations using platforms such as Make, Zapier, or n8n
Connect CRM, marketing, support, and internal business systems
Create AI-assisted workflows using approved models and APIs
Implement validation, error handling, monitoring, and human review
Document workflow logic, permissions, dependencies, and processes
Test automations before deployment and resolve issues
Train users and provide ongoing workflow support
Monitor time savings, failure rates, and business outcomes
Follow security, privacy, and data-governance requirements

Core technologies

Demonstrable experience building production workflow automations
Experience with APIs, webhooks, and structured data such as JSON
Hands-on experience with at least one automation platform
Ability to understand, map, and document business processes
Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder-management skills
Understanding of responsible handling of customer and company data
Experience with Python or JavaScript
Familiarity with AI APIs, retrieval systems, or AI agents
Experience integrating CRM or customer support platforms
Knowledge of authentication methods such as OAuth
Experience measuring the business impact of automation initiatives
Salary range: $75,000–$105,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
