Job description

Monitor and maintain active routes, verify their performance, and ensure timely replacement or repair
Find new providers to expand company capabilities and improve margins
Maintain and regularly update tables with current route pricing
Assist sales managers in forming route pricing
Complete client setup tasks assigned by the sales department
Interact with providers and internal teams to promptly resolve technical issues

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
Understanding of VoIP principles and SMS service setup
Practical experience with routes, providers, or telecom services is an advantage
Experience with Jira or similar systems
Attention to detail and ability to quickly identify and resolve technical problems
Responsibility, communication skills, and politeness when working with colleagues and partners
Self-organization and readiness to handle a large volume of operational tasks
Desire to develop in telecommunications and deepen technical expertise
