Job description

Deliver voice samples for model training
Follow specific technical requirements when recording (volume level, file naming, format, gaps between segments, audio quality, etc.)
Provide demo, sample recordings, and voiceover samples
Meet tight delivery deadlines when engaged
License your voice for AI voice cloning / TTS training
Undergo a test in the module to be vetted against all requirements, depending on the project

Native speaker of German with standard German and no regional dialect influence
Female-sounding voice with age-appropriate vocal quality (28–40), full-bodied, warm, energetic, and dynamic
Flawless diction and articulation
Experience with voice acting, narration, podcasting, or streaming
Access to a professional or high-quality home recording setup, including recording software, microphone, headset/speakers, audio interface, professional digital audio workstation, software, plugins, and a treated quiet environment
Comfortable with fast-turnaround projects and tight delivery deadlines
Open to licensing your voice for AI voice cloning / TTS training
Have not been and are not currently involved in AI voice training for any other company
Independent contractor (1099), not a full-time job or primary income source; work availability fluctuates
Requires reliable availability and commitment; most tasks require a minimum of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week
