Job description

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for developer and engineering roles, from screening resumes and conducting technical interviews to managing candidate pipelines across Cyprus
Source high-quality developer candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and proactive outreach in the Cyprus tech market
Manage and optimize our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to ensure accurate record-keeping and organizational efficiency throughout the hiring process
Provide timely, constructive feedback to candidates at every stage of the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with engineering hiring managers to understand their technical hiring priorities and provide strategic recruitment support
Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and procedures, offering insights and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality
Stay informed about developer talent market trends in Cyprus and the wider region, technical recruitment best practices, and competitive insights to adapt our recruitment strategies accordingly

2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced, tech-driven company
Proven experience working with popular ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, etc
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
A proactive, resourceful approach to sourcing and recruiting, with experience in building talent pipelines
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Passion for talent acquisition, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience
Experience recruiting internationally is a plus
Fluency in written and verbal communication in English
