Lead and manage a software engineering team with real ownership of individual performance and team culture

Champion AI coding tools across the full software lifecycle and help the team use them well

Extensive experience in software engineering with genuine hands-on technical experience
Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Team Lead with ownership of individual performance and team culture
Track record of building high-trust, high-autonomy teams
Good understanding of Node.js or Python, and React
Experience with Agile/Scrum and improving team delivery
Genuine excitement about AI coding tools and staying current on emerging tools
Enjoyment of management and leadership problems
