- Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process and align to their business problems
- Own the customer technical engagement and relationships
- Deliver technical validation to the customer through whiteboards, demos and POVs
- Document interesting use cases in blog posts and product documentation
- Up to 30% travel
