Job description

Frame ambiguous problems, identify opportunities, and make sound trade-offs to shape what gets built and why
Design clear, intuitive workflows with careful attention to information architecture, states, edge cases, errors, and interactions
Stay close to customers, using direct conversations and qualitative and quantitative evidence to inform decisions
Work closely with Product and Engineering, involve partners early, reduce scope intelligently, and stay engaged through implementation and follow-up
Communicate clearly in a remote, asynchronous environment and take ownership beyond the boundaries of a design handoff
Use prototypes, code, or modern AI tools when they help learn or move faster
Take full ownership of all design aspects for a cross-functional product team
Contribute to the development of the design practice through critique, shared patterns, and collaboration
