Senior Platform Engineer

Key details

• Function as an individual contributor within the team, collaborating with peers through code reviews, providing constructive support and mentorship, and contributing to a unified technical direction for the platform
• Collaborate with feature teams to support them and facilitate the adoption of developed platform features
• Architect, design, and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, treating infrastructure as a software system with reusable modules and robust testing strategies
• Deploy, manage, and optimize Kubernetes clusters on GCP (GKE) and AWS (EKS), including node groups, network policies, service meshes, cluster upgrades, and high availability
• Monitor cluster health, performance, and resource utilization, proactively addressing issues
• Develop and refine internal software delivery systems (CI/CD) for platform components, integrating tools like Argo CD or Atlantis and automating build and release processes
